The ADM Men's Network, (hereafter referred to as "ADM"), was created in 2008, and is based in Lacey, Washington. ADM is about what it means to be a Father and Man in today's society - a brave new world. With our economic structure in shambles, and an obvious lack of jobs to actually provide enough time and income for even a basic level of "quality of life," ADM is required. With that, ADM is about change. It's about repairing, building and achieving - together, as MEN.

The purpose of this organization is to inform and educate (empower) at risk males who hail from dysfunctional family backgrounds, ex-offenders seeking rehabilitation, fathers and sons, urban communities, and at risk adults. The age range of men who could benefit from this organization are anywhere from 13 - 40 or even older. We plan to teach men how to become better fathers, better sons, better members of their respective communities. We also plan to showcase the power of communication, the power of group effort and networking, and how to use such to enhance and improve interpersonal and inter-community relations.

As a collective of very intelligent and well spoken men from many different walks of life, it is our set purpose to organize and share our knowledge, information, and experiences. Taking our individual qualities and combining them, to create an organization to mold a generation of strong men with the self confidence to shape the future of the next generation positively.

Our flagship concern is the disturbing condition of men in the new millennium which has reached a critical point. Our organization was created, is operated, and has the overall directional focus of assisting men in the new independent family structured society we live in today.

The founder of the organization has assisted in the raising of two god/step children, and three children of his own, all by the age of forty. Three of the children are of age, and they are leading very positive lives. Although he and his family are considered "dis-functional" in the average societal sense, this is only due to the Mother being voluntary absent. With this, the founder is presently guiding a 16 year old young man and a 5 year old mini-princess. No matter if you are an orphan, suffer from unwed parents, an absent Father or Mother, divorced parents, parents suffering from substance abuse, or even parents which are ex-offenders, life success can be yours, and can be shared and enjoyed with those in your life.

Men need to group together, redefining themselves and their roles in today's society. Independent women and unnoticed implementations have restructured societal views as a whole regarding family values. With that, men still have the ingrained, basic level, natural desire to be a true Father for their young just as the Mothers do. How do we accomplish this?
