At 13 Foods our mission is to provide high quality food products which promote an enriched lifestyle of health and happiness. We are owned and operated by a fourth generation agricultural family from the majestic Palouse in Washington State.
Currently we offer Kabuli! brand which is Frozen Petite Garbanzo Beans (Petite Chickpeas). They are reconstituted, cooked, and individually quick frozen. Kabuli! is an all natural product with the best nutritional profile available for Garbanzo Beans/Chickpeas. We sell Kabuli! in both food service bulk size and in retail packaging.
Our second brand coming soon is Pardina! brand. Pardina! are Frozen Pardina Lentils, which are reconstituted, cooked, and individually quick frozen. Pardina! is an all natural product with the best nutritional profile for lentils available. The Pardina Lentil variety is known for its superior taste and ability to hold up during cooking. We sell Pardina! in both food service bulk size and in retail packaging.
Through 13 Foods, Kabuli! and Pardina! are the first USA produced fully matured to the dry stage, harvested, reconstituted, cooked, and frozen products on the market. Being harvested at the fully mature, dry stage allows the legumes to gain a maximum nutritional profile. Then in the manner in which they are processed, there is no added ingredients including salt, which keeps the nutritional profiles superiority all the way through to the finished product.
